Excellent insulation Excellent adhesion Could have been priced little been less.

Very good quality for the price. The material is a rubberized one, that is perfect for insulation purposes, and the adhesive quality is also very good. Though this is primarily meant for thermal insulation of the copper piping (such as the ones used in split air conditioners), it can also be used for a variety of other purposes. The material of this tape (Aerotape) is different (and better) than the one used in the other product (Ecotape), and by the looks of it, should have reasonably good weather resistance to heat and rain. Will be able to comment on the long term durability of the tape, only after seeing how long it lasts in the hot summer (42 - 44 degrees) in my location.

Good adhesion and think will be long lasting.

I had purchased it for insulating the Split AC copper pipes from indoor unit to outdoor unit. It has a good adhesive power and sticks instantaneously. Also the quality is better. Instructions given on box on how to wrap it in the pipes. By the looks of it I think it can withstand heat of direct Sun in 45 degrees too. Once attached it is not easy to remove as it gets torn while removing.

This is not meant for AC copper pipe insulation, it causes it to sweet. 5/8 foam cut and rentied with T and then taped will be cheaper and work much better. Manufacturer has miss led to use it for ac inuslation.

Used it to cover insulation of the copper tubes to A/C external unit. Works.

Could do well for a lesser price
