Great tasting homemade yogurt
Works well easy to use. Great tasting homemade yogur. I cant wait to make some desserts with this I love the versatility. looking forward to seeing all the many things i can use this product for..easy to clean and store away when not using. Worth the cost.

Too Good To Be True?
This was purchased as a gift for someone, and I am not a fan of yogurt but I will pass along what I know. This machine appears to be very well built and ready to use right out of the box. It was plugged in over night and two fresh quarts of yogurt were ready to eat in the morning. Evidently the process of making yogurt produces by-products that will allow you to make cheese, bread and even more yogurt without having to buy additional starter culture. Maybe I misunderstood that part, but if it is correct, your yogurt supply should be self sustaining. Around here, the price for a single quart of yogurt is $8.99. If you are a fan of yogurt it makes perfect sense to buy this machine. It will pay for itself in no time at all.

Really simple machine, works as intended, makes good yogurt and is hands off, basic and easy to use.

Made perfect l. Reuteri my first try
I’ve been researching the benefits of l. Reuteri for a few weeks, but the process seemed intimidating due to mixed results and reviews. I was under the impression I’d need a fancy, expensive yogurt maker. Frankly, I didn’t want to spend a ton of money so I landed on this one and I’m so glad I did! Made a perfect batch the very first try. I plan on saving some of the batch as a starter for my next batch because I’ve heard it’s better with a starter.

heat distribution was not working properly no temperature control overheated
I got a bad machine the heat distribution was not working properly. I only used it twice the first time one side made yogurt and the other side stayed milk. The second time the entire contents remained as milk. When I opened the lid and touched the jars they were hot which kills the cultures. Unfortunately I was not able to return it because I didn't use it until after the return window.
