Very natural and no headache

Very good supplement for sleep you don't need more then 1mg to sleep its better to use only 1mg per day, high dose like 5mg or 10mg will give you gorgginess in the morning. This Natrol is perfect it dissolve fast in the mouth and it will work fast within 15 to 30min

These are great when you can't sleep and need a little assistance. They dissolve very quickly sometimes I spilt it in half. Taste great and effective.

Excellent Product. It works well

My husband has Alzheimer's. The only sleep aid that is offered in my homecare is Melatonin. I offer a 3mg with his regular pills, which he may or may not take. I started adding this 1mg to his drinking water. Not for the drug itself, but the flavor and aroma work with him. He enjoys drinking water now. Before, I am sure that the tastes in his mouth overrode much of the desire for water. This he loves, and drinks willingly. Makes the pill experience work on some days. You might think that I am overdosing him, but his doctors say that he can take 5ml per day (too much has the opposite effect). He rarely consumes a full bottle of water, and his daily pill is iffy. Tried cutting the 1mg in half, but it just didn't flavor/aroma the bottle (16oz standard size).
