I love this back pack! It really is spacious inside. The inside compartments are small but there are lots of them. When the bag is full of all my gear for the day I managed to squeeze in a light jacket. It’s very comfortable to wear, I almost forgot I had it on. The anti theft features are the reason I purchased, the lock strap is helpful and over used it a few time while I stepped away from the bag. It is a pain to have to lock and unlock so it’s not so much an everyday bag, plus there are no outside pockets so getting to your belongings takes time, which means pickpockets can’t get to your things and that’s great.

I bought this off Kickstarter. At the end of my trip to Mozambique the lock malfunctioned. Fortunately for me it was unlocked so I could get my stuff out. Customer Service asked me to make a videotaped showing it didn’t work. Then they said they’d send me a new one. Then they never did and suggested I find an off-duty TSA officer. I’ve gone to Union Station and not found an off-duty TSA officer and two airports. I finally gave up and bought a new bag - no instructions at all. The seller’s instructions in the questions for how to set a new code do not work. Basically the new bag is stuck with 000 as the combination. Real secure.This bag will easily hold your computer, your tablet, your mouse, your battery, etc. You should assume it is just a laptop bag as you won’t have room for clothing, but who would steal your clothing?

My instructions came in an Asian language. Leaving the country tomorrow. Cannot figure out how to change the lock. Website has no info and is used for selling items. No support number.
