Instructions and Recipes for Your Kitchenaid Stand Mixer

Came used & not in very good condition. The same thing as the instruction booklet that came with my mixer. I thought it was a nice large booklet that had a lot of different tips, techniques & recipes for my new stand mixer. But it was a tiny wire bound booklet with only a few pages of English. And someone had written in it. What a rip-off! That's $10.00 that I will never see again.

It is a copy of the original which was published 2004(?). Print is faint, some recipes are missing. I no longer have the original so when I saw this I was so happy. This is not an Amazon product

Wondering why it didn't come with the mixer but I knew there had to be one. Used but was in excellent condition. Guess somebody didn't love it as much as I do. I'd never had a "real" stand mixer before and a few tips never hurts! Came sooner than i expected. Yea!Made zucchini bread and it superb - very light perfect texture.
