Teeline Gold: The Course Book

Book arrived and as described - unmarked and excellent value. I learnt this system approximately 25 years ago and haven't used it for almost 20 years so thought I would buy a book to remind myself of what it was about and see if anything was still there in my memory. Flicking through it started coming back and I think this would be a good starting point for somebody like me who hasn't used it for a long time or a new learner. For what it's worth Teeline is a much easier system of shorthand to learn than Pitmans, although it does take practice to get your speed up. Overall pleased with my purchase.

Pretty good primer. The conservative naure of the Teeline "industry" means one feels it could have been more comprehensive. The system's books and materials are always notably out of date - where are the modern AV aids? Teeline is jealously guarded, so you and I can't really fill that gap either.

Instructive & useful in grasping and applying Shorthand.

Bought this to update my shorthand, which I learnt many years ago. The book was despatched promptly but, although it stated it was in very good condition, it was a bit tatty.

The bible of shorthand - easy step by step instructions to learn shorthand by yourself - answers all in the back for the practice questions to check your own work so there's no need for anyone else around who knows it themselves.

i brought teeline gold the course book for my daughter for her new college course,it was nice and cheap,the book was in excellant condition and it arrived in the time i was told,i was very impressed with this seller,would defiantly use them again.

It does what it says on the cover, it's a very useful book if you wish to learn to write shorthand.

I suppose this is the standard textbook for Teeline. It will do the job but you'll have to suffer the mind-numbing "secretary/office-type" passages. By Unit 12, I had had enough of "typing", "manager" "office" and the rest, and purchased Teeline for Journalists.
