Great!
Hey, it cuts the cheese! And it's ugly, in that 1960's kind of way. Actually, it has a fine waverly edge ground into both sides of the blade at a fairly high angle, so that the slice of cheese separates from the flat of the blade well, and doesn't drag, as the blade advances through the cheese. It's the Right Way to slice cheese. And as a bonus, it has the word "CHEESE" punched into the blade, so you can't forget what it's for!

Cute, functional and fun!
I am enjoying my cheese knife. I got it just in time for holiday gatherings and received many compliments on it. It works well, cleans up easily and has character! I would purchase again... Well, actually I did. I bought one to give my brother as a gift.

A "cheese" knife
This was bigger than I expected, I bought it to replace a small one that I had broke. this is 9" and my last one was closer to 5". Have to love a cheese knife that says cheese

It's ok
Knife looks cute and works but the blade is very very flimsy.

okay knife. does the job. however, would not buy again.
Pros: - "cheese" writing makes it a fun kitchen item. Cons: - the handle made of white plastic feels cheap. - the handle is quite small. I'm 5'6'', 125 lbs, my gloves size would be women's medium. I find the handle a tiny bit too short. If you have bigger hands, I'd imagine it'd be harder to use this knife comfortably. Conclusion: - I bought two Prodyne cheese knifes in the past. I wanted to spend less $$ on a cheese knife this time. Chef Craft makes it an okay knife: it does the job. If I have to purchase a cheese knife again, I'd go with Prodyne.

I suppose the knife might be great for certain kinds of cheese, but regular grocery store block cheddar cheese doesn’t cut worth a darn with the knife I received. The knife seems to crush the cheese leaving crumbled, ragged cut.

Poorly made. Purchased as a gift because it looked like a cheese knife we bought years ago that performed well. This is not that same knife. It’s terrible. The sharpened edge causes the knife to cut on an angle. This makes cutting harder cheeses rather dangerous which sounds ridiculous but it’s dangerous. I would return it but it was a gift and the return window had closed before realizing how bad it was.
