They're packed as 2 lamps. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the Ultra...but they do fit my Heritage perfect.

As long as you have 4 1/2 lights. I put them in a 2004 and had to splice them and a 2007 that plugged right in both had 4 1/2 lights.
