Fit in old unit with no ptoblem

The replacement blower was very easy to install and overall works as it should, the only issue is that there is that it takes a second or two from when you flip the switch to when it starts working. A very minor issue that doesn't interfere with how it operates (which is good). As for the price, it is what it is. Nothing is cheap these days but it's cheaper than buying and installing a new vent fan, whether you do it yourself or hire someone to do it for you.

Most reviews did not list the size, most newer ones are smaller, the dimensions on this assembly are 11 3/8" x 10.5" and 3.5" deep. I spent many hours trying to find this size. It also worked flawlessly, very quiet and does a great job.

This was a replacement for an existing fan that is a hard to find size. It’s now running way better than the old one ever did and is super quiet.

Motor quit on original, 25 yr old exhaust fan. Most of the decent, roomside installable replacements didn't have a grill large enough to cover the existing poorly cut hole. (I didn't do it, I just have to deal with it.) This unit was brand new, fit exactly and arrived very quickly. Had to change the wiring by swapping the center, ground pin from my connector, and I had the regular and night light version with an additional socket in that location. Not a problem.Very satisfied with the delivery and high flow/low sound of the replacement.

I had a Broan-Nutone QT90E-A that lasted maybe 12 years. It stopped working. The meter told me that the motor was shot. The old motor was sealed so it's not really possible to repair it. The rest of the housing is inaccessible, so it was either 1) replace the motor if you can actually find one, 2) replace the entire blower assembly (motor included), or 3) rip open the ceiling, replace the entire unit, and re-drywall/compound/sand/paint etc. The exact parts aren't made anymore. I ordered a couple different motors that were suggested as replacements, but they don't have the same dimensions, so getting them to fit the old blade is next to impossible.This unit fits the existing housing exactly. The old motor had three wires going into a connector. This one has two. However, they have the motor grounded to the frame of this blower assembly. The connector fits into the old female connector perfectly. So this was an easy fix - no extra wiring needed. I took a chance on this model because Broan doesn't make it easy to find replacement parts on discontinued fans, and they don't post measurements. But it all works fine.Deducting one star though: the new blower assembly is definitely louder than the old one. Not sure if it's because it's moving more CFM, but it's a noticeable increase in noise. That being said, I'd rather deal with some extra noise than rip open a perfectly fine ceiling.

Broken bathroom fan. Plug it in and it's working fine .
