## Features

- 1.NEXT GENERATION CHIP: JHL9480: The housing powered by the advanced JHL9480 chip provides high performance, stability and future-proof functions. It ensures fast data transfer and compatibility with various Thunderbolt interfaces. Compared to other products, we are equipped with two chips, namely JHL9480 and RTL9210. This ensures fast data transfer and compatibility with various Thunderbolt interfaces. In addition, it is backwards compatible with Thunderbolt 4/3, USB4 V1.0, USB3.2/3.1/3.0.
- 2.Read and write speeds of up to 6000MB/s: Achieve lightning-fast read and write speeds of up to 6000MB/s, which is perfect for content creators, gamers, IT professionals and developers who need fast, reliable storage for large files, data-intensive tasks and high-speed transfers. ⚠️To achieve speeds of over 3000MB/s, please use an SSD with PCIe 4.0 x4 and NVMe 1.4 or higher and avoid M.2 PCIe 5.0.
- 3. Adjustable cooling fan for optimal performance: the built-in cooling fan is automatically activated at 55°C and stops at 40°C to maintain stable performance and extend the life of the SSD. It also supports manual control - Press and hold the switch for 1 second to force the fan on. Once turned off, the system will resume automatic temperature detection.
- 4.Universal Compatibility: Compatible with Thunderbolt 5 and USB4 V2.0 for top speeds, MacBook Pro M4/M4 Pro and M4 Max, Mac Mini M4, and backward compatible with Thunderbolt 4/3, USB4 V1.0 as well as older USB standards such as 3.2, 3.1 and 3.0, ensuring wide device compatibility. ⚠️Not compatible with an M.2 NVMe Key to PCIe adapter for connecting PCIe devices.
- 5.Plug and Play, Driverless: No drivers required - just plug and play. The simple and user-friendly installation allows you to focus on your tasks without delay.
- Compatibility Notes for Thunderbolt 3 Users: Thunderbolt 3 systems may not fully support Thunderbolt 5 and can switch to USB speeds by default, limiting performance to 10Gbps. For Thunderbolt 3 users, we recommend using a Thunderbolt 3/4 SSD enclosure instead of this Thunderbolt 5 model as it offers faster speeds than a USB connection.
- 7.For smartphones/tablets: 1TB SSD is recommended - works seamlessly without additional power supply. ⚠️ 2TB/4TB SSDs – Due to higher power requirements, an external power supply enclosure may be necessary. Universal computer support: ✔️ All capacities (1TB/2TB/4TB/8TB) deliver optimal performance.
