**Q: Can chocolate chips be used as effectively as wafers?**
A: Ghirardelli 60% Dark chips and the Dark Melting Wafers are both excellent products.  But, the melting chips contain oil that encourages melting for dipping at a lower temperature.  i.e. chocolate chip cookies vs. cookies dipped in chocolate!

A: It does not say anywhere on the package the percentage of dark. It has, sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and palm oils, nonfat dry milk, cocoa-processed with alkali, cocoa, glyceryl, lacto esters, soy lecithin and salt.

A: Yes. It is gluten free.
