Very easy to set up. Good design to easily fit in my wallet.

Nice and thin. works well. It has a battery status available in FindMy that tells you when to recharge.

Amending and Raising my previous review rating b/c the right person finally got my case. The description listing leaves some important info out, as it claims to be “pre-charged for months” at arrival, (it definitely was not, stopped working after 2 weeks), the Amazon listing also neglected to tell you that if you don’t already use wireless chargers, you WILL need them to buy one some day to charge it. When I contacted the manufacturing support (Raymond), not only presumed I owned a charger, he never gave me enough time to figure out how to GET it charged, and bombarded me with irrelevant questions and never gave me enough time to answer, since they sell these chargers separately, I would only be able to troubleshoot if I HAD a charger. Raymond didn’t bother to check on this and kept sending too many follow up emails without taking into account that not everyone has a magnetic charger, so my choice was to BUY a charger just to answer his many troubleshooting questions. Whatever was the issue.I didn’t trust this (more spending on something that was poorly detailed and described to begin with), THEN Raymond shut my case down within days of my complaint. So I left a bad review initially and this caught the attention of a nice support person named Andris who made it right, acknowledging the card must need a battery charge; and taking time to clarify details, I was soon sent me a charger plus card replacement. It works great.

The card itself appears to be working well--have not yet traveled with it, so jury still out on that aspect. I like being able to move it easily from backpack to purse--and it fits nicely in all my various card slots. As is often the case, the enclosed printed instruction "manual" leaves much to be desired, and even the available video tutorials don't fully clarify what it may take to turn the device on--could not get it to make the "working" sound, no matter which "press" recommendation I tried. I finally emailed the company for help and was connected with a chat feature--the agent eventually told me to try pressing with the tip of a pen and that worked instantaneously. The device then paired easily with FindMy. Oh, and be sure to read the fine print--this device can only be charged through a MagSafe charger that is NOT included.

This is an excellent product! I would highly recommend it. It is better than another tracker I bought, seems reliable, lets me know exactly where my wallet is, and has a long battery life. Thank you for this product.

Love these. So much easier to use than an air tag. Fits in a wallet, same size as a credit card.

Nice and sleek. easy to set up.

Works as advertised, but the card is a bit thicker than a real credit card. The finish on the card's edge is so so ... visually looks like a small part of a corner is delaminating. Also, you will need to move the card around on a MagSafe charger to find the right spot to charge it (with the charge light coming on). Overall, happy with the purchase and will be keeping the card.
