Usually very good and fresh but not always
I love this brand. It has great taste and is easy to use in many dishes. J like to make pasta sauce by melting some of this with butter, garlic, heavy cream and sun dried tomatoes. 90% of the time it is great but a couple times the Parmesan was not fresh, it was dried out like the seal was broken but it wasn’t broken, so the people at the factory put in stale cheese in the container then sealed it. Hopefully that person no longer works there. I recommend this product but if it is not fresh do not use it, return immediately.
