Merlot Lana
Excellent quality and I got it at a coupon price for $279! In real life it is lighter than the photo they used. My photo was taken in the sunlight. I just got it today but love it! It's big enough for all my stuff and I like the 3 compartments. I can see how it can get heavy quick if you fill it up. The leather is nice and thick. Feels very sturdy.

The most beautiful handbag

Disappointing
I was so excited about getting this bag...until I unboxed it and immediately know I received someone's used,return which is always disappointing when you are splurging on something special for yourself. Other than that and the fact that the handles came already broken in and flop down the biggest complaint is the smell. Its reminiscent of Goodwill disinfectant spray. As for the quality of the bag itself, it's great. Coach makes great products.

I have been looking at this bag for months and decided to finally pull the trigger. I’m really happy with the size! It’s so big but I like having the option to carry everything and the kitchen sink even if I might not need to. I have two kids and wanted a bag big enough for snacks and their water bottles, maybe a diaper and pack of wipes since we’re almost done with diapers. The middle pocket is HUGE. In the picture is my kindle paperwhite signature edition and I have so much room. Travel lotion for scale also

I waited almost a year for a deal on the Lana Shoulder Bag (standard size) because I didn’t want to compromise on the size or color. I don’t pay full price for non-essentials, so I was excited to finally grab it on sale. Unfortunately, it arrived without a dust bag, without a Coach box, and with no internal support, which left visible ridges and folds on a brand new bag. I saw this bag in stores many times and I knew this wasn't right. This bag has a firm structured design. I’ve received $25 bags with better packaging. The bag itself is beautiful, but the way it arrived took away the excitement. Very disappointing.

Strong odor
The Merlot bag is beautiful but it has a very strong odor, some type of chemical smell to it.

Tenía mis dudas pero sí es original, se siente el material y calidad. Trae su protector de polvo, viene muy bien embalada. Tardó en llegar como dos semanas pero todo bien.
