Has Miki fallen too hard? It's summer, and Miki Yoshida is learning all about love. Her senior year has blossomed with promise ever since she gained Hiro Sakurai's confidence. Now, she's resolved to keep his trust as he reveals more about his secret mission and warns: "Don't get involved." But Miki fears his work might do more harm than good, and she takes controlโwith disastrous results. How can trying to make things right turn out so dangerously wrong? Review: Great series, perfect for tweens! - I bought books 1 through 3 for my 10 year old daughter who has recently developed a love of manga. She has been drawing with Mark Crilley's youtube videos and reading his books was the next logical step. She finished all three books on Christmas morning! Then read them again. And again! I've read 2 of the three we have and the story is sweet and interesting. It's a love story lite, with likable characters and a good but simple plot. I'd recommend this for tweens and up. Review: The FUTURE of COMICS!!! - Mind. Blown. Mr. Crilley is at the absolute TOP OF HIS GAME, and it shows on every page. Every visual is lush and detailed--each locale breathing--every character brimming with life and energy. The narrative is truly unique and engaging--you will not put these books down until the story is over! 'Miki Falls' will not disappoint, no matter your age! The future of comics is here--and his name's MARK CRILLEY!

Touching images and well executed story
The scene of Hiro and Miki on the bench at the Tran station, and the scene of Miki in tears are especially beautiful drawings. The art in general is pretty good stuff but those two will stick with me. *Those* are works of art. While it might not be the cliffhanger expected, the final arc of Summer is very warming. I loved how it was executed even if it was more heart candy than real life. If the first volume sucked me in, this second volume stroked my soft cornball center in all the right places.

Great original shลjo
It's amazing to think this was all done by just one guy: story, art, pannels and such. Miki Falls has an interesting and original plot, but it's strictly romantic, or shลjo if you will. So if you don't like this genre, you should avoid it; if not, go for it.

Draws You In
Miki Falls: Summer gives you more insight into Miki's involvemet with Hiro's world. The artwork is phenomenal and the story will make you wish you ordered the next book so that you don't have to wait to find out what happened!

Great Book Series
This book is part of a series of books. As soon as I saw the author, Mark Crilley, drawing in his youtube videos I knew I had to read all of his books. I read these so quickly I wished there was more to the series. Now I can't wait to read his next series.

Original Story!
I love the original story and the quality. I like who the artist left most of the drawings with the same roughness as the physical pencil he used and not as much of the computer being involved. His newest series is incredible as well however, this series deserved to be as close to looking like actual drawings as possible.

Childhood Memories.
This was the first ever manga that I ever read when I was about 8 or 9, I used to rent it from my local library and hated giving it back. Now Im a 21 year old adult and can buy things for myself, so naturally I bought this! Its strange how a book can bring back smells and feelings from ages ago! Bias aside, its as cute as I remember! The story isnโt too complicated or long but still has quite a bit of depth. The characters are a little flat but for a short story in a series it does the job well!
