Waterbox Aquariums® Filter Socks (2.75Inch,225,Felt)

Great filter socks for my Waterbox 20 cube aquarium. They are a little pricy but very well made and long lasting. Easy to clean, I just throw them in the washer with a cap full of bleach and run them through 2 rinse cycles, let them air dry and they are good to go again!

Work well. I have washed them several times with no issues. Keep the water clear.

Need more filter socks and Amazon had just what I need and the next day. Cant go wrong.

Cbeaper on website but they work great. I cut the tip of the bottom off to get better flow and make them last longer

Being that it's a smaller sock the price is a bit high in my opinion. Granted it's not a common size and it's application specific I get it. But I suggest just going with a standard 4" holder and get those socks instead. Can get 12 4" socks for the price of 2 of these.. Also clogged up pretty fast but did filter well for the 3 days I used it.

These are almost impossible to clean out. There is a thin film on the outside that makes rounding them very hard. Also, trying to turn them inside out is a struggle and a half! I only bought these because I couldn’t find any other options. I guess I’ll have to run them through washing machine, though that makes for a terrible amount of water waste.

The Amazon listing says the socks are $6 per count, which means to me that there are two of them for the $11.99 the listing costs. Be aware that it is only one for $12, which is pretty steep for a single small filter sock.

Listing says 2 pack so I ordered 2- 2 packs for a total of 4 socks. Only recieved 2 single packs. Rip off!
