I started stretching my ears about 10 years ago, went to a 5/8 for awhile, let them close naturally for a couple years then decided to stretch again and wound up at 3/4” for several years, then due to depression I took my jewelry out for about 8 months and they closed to around 1/2” so I bought this kit at the beginning of April to re-stretch and also to go to 1” (and hopefully stay there!). So it’s been about a month and I’m back to 3/4” and about to size up again.My ears have never torn and I stretch them with care and patience. If you’re new to stretching, this kit is great, but be aware that tapers this large aren’t meant to be worn for jewelry as they’ll begin to manipulate your ears and make them stick out, they’re really more of a tool to be able to get the plug/tunnel in.Stretching your ears is painless (uncomfortable yes, but not actually *painful*) when you do it patiently. I think this is a fantastic kit when used appropriately.

The kit came quickly and was as advertise. I'm trying to get my ears back up to an inch from ~1/2 inch or so. I haven't needed to use the tapers yet since my ears are used to this game and are very easy to stretch once I have something in - which is good since I don't do well with cheap acrylic. I only assume the acrylic is cheap because the stainless steel tunnels immediately irritated my lobes. As other reviews stated, the edges on the tunnels are very sharp and some of mine even have unrefined spots on the edges where it's jagged. Since this is not something I'm using for an extended period of time, I'm sucking it up and coating the tunnels with clear polish. Not sure how well it'll work since my ears are already angry from getting scratched up by the edge of the tunnel, but it seems to have cut back on how itchy my lobes are with these in. This kit is worth the cost if you don't mind putting a little work in to make these a little less irritating, especially if you're like me and have gone back and forth with shrinking and stretching your ears or your ears are easy to stretch. If you're at all concerned about long term wear and/or have sensitive skin then I'd spend more money to get a better product from a more reputable source.

Pro : The package is nice. They were all there. They are as described. There is a ruller on the box on the bottom.Cons: the tunnels are sharp like cutting sharp. I cut my ear putting them in. Before you say i must have forced them. I am restreching my ears from 2g back to 3/4. I did not force they are sharp be carefull .

I love this kit! The boxing was neat and organized as well as labeled in individual baggies per size. It's hard to find a taper kit at a reasonable price and I'm thankful I found it on here! The tapers are not blunt which provides for painless stretching the stainless steel tunnels are pleasant and easy to slip in. I most definitely will order from this company again!

Love them. Only wish they go up to 25mm instead of 24mm. Which isn't a big deal because you can tape them to 25mm .Other than that the price is reasonable and easy to stretch and transfer to tunnels. Fast shipping as well.

The tunnels are slightly bigger than the tapers. I was already 16mm when I got this kit. After years of being 16mm and wearing nothing but double flair, the 18mm tunnels plopped in just fine. Didnt need the tapers. But I went to 20mm the tapers were easy but I had the hardest dang time getting the tunnels in. And once I got them in my left ear got extremely infected, my right one did too but went away pretty quickly. I even soaked them in 6% hydrogen peroxide before putting them in. I ended up ordering glass plugs from Arctic Buffalo. The infection is already way better within a couple hours.

My wife bought just for the tunnels since she dead stretches and doesn't use the tapers.. but for the price, it was worth the combined package to purchase as a set. Only issue she's had, is some of the edges are a bit sharp and can be uncomfortable to put in, unless you're very careful, but she has taken a nail file and filed off any pieces that may need extra buffing.

I like these they’re just thin? If that makes any sense. The material they’re made out of (the rings not the tapers) is just weird? They’re not bad tho and still do the job!
