What all do I need if I add the tank? Are all parts included

Just a power source the rest is there

What would i need other than air locker manifold kit #171503 to install and operate on my jlu? additionally, what happens if it gets wet?

Manifold kit is not needed if your not running lockers. I have mine mounted under the hood so avoid it getting wet...personally I would avoid that.

Can I make this where I dont have to open the hood and have the air chuck on my front bumper to get air ?

You can but it would be tight. You would have to run a jumper line from the compressor to the front bumper and make sure it is shielded from too much heat.

What is the pressure ?

Cut out pressure is 150 psi. Meaning it pumps up to 150 psi then automatically shuts off.
