A: No, all Hi-Lyte and Adapted Nutrition products are Made in the USA!

**Q: Does it have caffeine?**
A: No. None of our products currently contain caffeine.

**Q: Are these pills huge?**
A: No they are not huge.  I’ve had bigger ones.

**Q: Are the Electrolyte Replacement Tablets gluten free?**
A: I got the drops, not the tablets and they have no gluten. Just Magnesium, sodium, chloride, potassium, zinc, and sulfate. I'd suggest the drops so you can control how much you put in your water. When I add the suggested amount the water is too soft for me and I can't drink it.
