An average product at affordable price
Average quality product, built is good but 2 drawbacks. The black paint started peeling from the second day of use. Secondly, there is some mesh filling inside the rope which frays out in small quantity while using.

Utterly despicable joke from seller, very low quality product supplied
Product that has been delivered is of utterly cheap quality. Wire is made up of plastic which is used to make plastic mats and end is made up of ragged plastic cups which is already worn and torn. Utterly despicable product. The pictures in product description and in actuality don't match at all.

Great add-on for the Bowflex
I bought this rope to attach to our Bowflex XLT tower and it works like a charm. The switch out from this rope to the pull-down bar is tedious, but takes no more than two minutes. The rope is well-made and solid. Great buy.

If your looking for a different motion other than the standard tricep bar, this is a great addition to your gym. It's most useful for triceps, but can also be reversed for biceps, or elevated for an upper back/shoulder workout.
