Hi Sara,Thank you for your question.MitoQ + Curcumin doesn't contain peperdine extract.Pepper is often used to boost curcumin levels by blocking a pathway that removes curcumin from the body increasing the levels of curcumin.  Unfortunately blocking that pathway can affect the removal of a wide range of other products and, for some people, that can be risky. We use a special form of Curcumin in our formula called Longvida curcumin which is proven to be 65-100 times better absorbed than regular curcumin and this removes the need to block the removal to increase levels.
