Testo un po' datato ma i cui contenuti sono ancora molto attuali. Ovviamente alcune cose sono state riviste alla luce delle recenti evidenze scientifiche, ma resta comunque un testo di tutto rispetto.

Back to basic and simplicity
Had this book ion years ago and lost it. Got it here, so as to refresh my memory on periodization training. Know that your body adapts overtime, if you always do the same exercise routinely without changes and therefore stagnant results. Periodization training or plans will always work! I always tell my trainee, confuse your body for it to react.

possibly the once secret soviet technique for sports performance in strength or other areas
Easy to read, well organized for the strength athlete or bodybuilder. Possibly and athlete could perform better with this book
