Descent and Gorgeous Product
I bought Crompton Nebula Antique Brass Decorated Ceiling Fan in Amazon and received the product with the damaged light holder, then I raised the grievance with Amazon Customer care team and made this replaced with the new one which got delivered in two days to my location Hyderabad. Thanks to Amazon and seller MERU SHIKHAR for smooth transition. There are many positive points in this product compare to negative. Positive Points: * This Fan looks elegant. * Assembling is not tough if you are Tech Savvy. * This added more attraction to my room. * Fan speed is decent. I don’t see any low speed issue as mentioned by other friends in their review. * One can easily operate the fan with pull chain though you don’t have regulator on your switch board. * Can be easily operated both fan and lights with separate pull chain controls. Negative Points: * Price of the product seems to be bit more. * Should have been provided the lights too with this product. I am attaching the video clip and pics of this product after installation.

The chains for light on off and fan speed increase and decrease is very thIn and broke out.
The product is good but the chains for speed are nOt of good quality. It came out from the fan.

Not a good product & my worst decision.
My biggest mistake was to buy this product just. I bought this product in feb & installed it in March. A week after, it started making loud sound. We raised a ticket with Crompton service. A week after that one of its lamp shade cracked on speed 3. And few days later another one fell right in front of me (fan was switched off). We called service people & even offered to pay for replacement shades. It's October end & still no reply from them. So don't buy this product at all. Total waste of money. Reviewing this product after lot of patience & wait.

Graceful & Excellent product. Worth a Buy
aa]] At First - 6 months old USED piece with MISSING parts and SHABBY packing and Receipt with DIFFERENT purchaser name was delivered. bb]] After applying for REPLACEMENT and waiting for 4 more days, got new piece in sealed box with all accessories and spares. cc]] Installation guide lines are not well defined with pictures by manufacturer. dd]] Need to clarify on warranty with Cloud or Amazon prior to installation.

The best decorative ceiling fan today
This is an absolutely engineered to perfection product from Crompton. This fan calls for all attention. It is worth the price paid for. Though I admit that Crompton could’ve done with some more elaboration with the instruction manual or could’ve offered installation support. It accentuates your perfect drawing room most elegantly.

Pretty decent fan. Air is a bit less. Good for AC rooms, no issues with the quality. Love it. And there is the trust of Crompton as always for decades.
