Plates be close to a bathroom. The tea bags or made together and sometimes rip, be careful not to just rip one apart. Really cleans you out. Oh drink water… loads of water!

I bought this product because I saw someone saying that it helps with bathroom problems (constipation)I gotta say I have really really bad constipation problems. Like not going number 2 for a week or more.It did help me go to the bathroom, I feel so much better. The only downside is that it makes me gassy, the first few days were stinky gas but, now it don't smell.It makes you go pee at night time, I go aroun5 times.I don't mind the taste. I feel like it taste like green tea but not as much. It makes you thirsty.I love it!!!

I started Saturday morning. I took one tea bag and drank it, today is Monday morning and I’m still pooping. I feel like a tied up pigeon!!!

If you are bloated and feeling terrible drink this before bed. Do not drink during the day or if you are going any where! You will regret it. I feel great after using cleans you out and gets rid of the bloat. You need to drink lots of water.

Who knew that having a movement could be achieved just by drinking a cup of tea? I have tried “Smooth Move” in the past and I HATED it! It made my stomach hurt so badly with the constant stomach cramping. I will never drink that brand again. It’s a pleasure to drink this tea and know that i will have an easy time in the bathroom a few hours later. Highly recommended!

I don't know what product the other people got, but I really could not stand this teal. First, no mint at all. None. Second, it tastes bad. (Now, I will admit, that I don't like anything that isn't flavored - I don't do coffee, or anything else. But I bought mint. Which I usually like. This was definitely not mint.) Second, the tea came in a box that was smashed and hardly wrapped at all. So, I put it in a plastic bag. No big deal. Third, and this is most important, the bags keep tearing and leaking. They tear when I pull them apart (gently). They leak when they are in my cup. Now, I am only two cups into this tea (I've used four bags, two bags tore and one bag leaked (so one of the cups had leaves in it), so I can't say anything about weight loss. But, come to think about it, I had a stomach ache last night. So when I am done with the current tea (with leaves) cup, if I have a stomach ache I will know it is from the tea. UPDATE: OK. I had a massive stomach ache. And it resulted in an extensive "relieving" this afternoon. So, as bad as it tastes, it does really get things moving.

My husband has been drinking this,for years. Couldn't find it anymore I stores. Was nice yo see it on here. The tasre is very good and it works.

Nothing happened. I will stick with prune juice 👍🏽
