Bought 2 of these soup warmers and both stopped working after a few days of using them. The insert is made of cheap metal and it cracked leaking the soup everywhere. I will try to return both if possible because I dont have the original packaging. Definetly dont buy if you are planning to use this warmer for long periods of time (by that i mean 3 to 4 hours a day)

Very good size and works well...I ordered two and one was damaged when i recieved it but both work great. I would have gave it 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

This is a big pot! It looks nice, it heats nice, and I got compliments about it. Remember to put water in the inner pot (up to the fill line) then put the cooking pot in (the one that holds the food/soup) before you turn it on. Also, it has an automatic shut off if it gets to hot. I know this because that's what happens if you dont put water between the two pots. Love it though. Buy it.

lid started rusting within 3 weeks

Great little soup kettle just perfect for family gatherings and events. Can be used for multiple functions ….. soup, apple cider, chilli, mulled wine and many more!

Easy to use and work very well. I am using this for miso soup. It works to keep the hot soup for all day. Also price are so reasonable. I love it!

The inside walls have multiple pin holes, rusted and eaten through. I went to pull the insert and received a very bad shock. My heart is still racing. This is complete junk, didnt even last a year. Dont buy this pot!

However I saw a little rust on the lid where it joins
