The Wind in the Willows (Collector's Library)

I love this! I've always liked tiny books. This is about the size of my cell phone. Easy to read and I like the ribbon bookmark too. An what a great book to take with you!

Beautiful edition of a classic, small enough for your purse or coat pocket. Unfortunately, to make it small, the print is tiny. Too hard on my old eyes. Hence, four instead of five stars.

Really enjoy the book but did not realize the size of the book was so small. It measures about 3x5". Something to consider when you are thinking of buying it. Otherwise, a timeless classic.

This wonderful book will live for ever. A classic book for all ages. Also gives insight to the emotions of animals. Humans can learn from the adventures of Mole, Rat, Toad and Mr. Badger.Finchley - [email protected]

Old kid's tale, I plan to read it to grandkids on vacation, maybe take them sailing of just "messing about in boats".

I didn't realize the book was tiny. But it is one of my favorite stories. I thought it was a normal sized book.

Five-star because it's Wind in the Willows and because Collector's Library books are a pleasure to hold and perfect as gifts. The negative is that the Rackham (not Shepard) illustrations are tiny (naturally, given the size of the book) and just line drawings. Collector's Library now have a full-colour edition.

One of the books which I had read at school, it has always been one of my favourites, a charming story, it has been referred to as magical and I believe that if you have read it, or if you do read it, you will be in total agreement. Enjoy!.
