This a very good computer.. Easy to set up and lighting fast. It also came with keyboard, mouse and 24in screen.

Great computer that fits the needs of this individual who doesn't do any gaming on the computer. The only annoyance for me is that the volume on this Lenovo is really poor which pushed me into purchasing a separate speaker to rectify the problem. Other than that, the computer itself works perfectly fine. The reason for the 4 stars is this........I will note that that the keyboard and mouse, that were supposed to be wireless, did not come that way the the box. The keyboard that came with the computer needs to be plugged directly into the computer but the mouse that came with the computer is wireless and cheap (seriously cheap). And no, the two were not compatible with each other. Fortunately I had a spare mouse I could use. I put this in the category of poor quality control as the computer itself is fine and a lot better than the 10+ year old computer I had been using.

All-in-one clean design and nice size screen! The color is vivid and bright. Have been using for several weeks with no issues and it was easy to set up. It has a wireless connection for the internet and is a high quality All in one desktop. We haven't had any complaints so far, but will edit my review if we find problems with it.

This desktop computer answers all my needs. It's exceptionally responsive to my graphics, AI and search needs.

The system has an integrated camera and microphone that were dead out of the box. I bought the 3 year support package with the unit and spent hours on the phone with them and Lenovo warranty support without success. I performed two factory resets to see if a complete initialization would re-recognize the camera and Microphone. It did not work. The troubleshooting steps that I performed with Lenovo included: 1) ensuring the camera toggle switch on the top of the screen was on and that the protective clear plastic covering was removed. 2) downloading updated drivers for Windows 11 and for the RealTek card 3)Ensuring that privacy settings in the Windows 11 system showed the camera and microphone and allowed for application and device access 4) Downloading Lenovo Vantage diagnostics to check all hardware components. The camera and mic did not even show as part of the configuration 5) Opened a case with Lenovo to perform a factory reset. The Lenovo support rep explained the steps but cut me off on the phone and said she would get right back to me in about 10 minutes. I never heard back from her or anyone at Lenovo so I proceeded to do a factory reset to remove all data, clean the drives and start over. I did this over my wireless connection and the reset and re-installation of Windows 11 took almost 12 hours. 6) After reset I went through all of the steps to get the computer up and running and still no camera or mic. At this point it was clear that this is a hardware issue. 7) To prepare to return the computer I had to do another factory reset to wipe out and clean any personal information off of the unit. TIP: When performing the factory reset it is best to use a RJ45 (cat5e or above) hardwire ethernet connection instead of wireless. The reset only took about 2 hours instead of 12. 8) At this point I boxed up the unit back into the original packaging and will be sending this back to Amazon for a full refund.

Very easy to set up. Amazing speed and picture. This is the most desk top capability for the lowest price I have ever paid. It makes my HP Windows 10 desktop sorely outdated
