Do these lights have a white glow? i hate the led blue looking glow.

It is a white light. Keep in mind you can adjust the intensity from the remote 10% 40% 80% then full. You can use the plus and minus button for intensity in between

Does the brightness matter by which type you purchase? does one put out more light than the other? like the silver6/diamond cut?? does the style?

Does the remote have to see each puck light to turn them on and off?

If pucks are close to each other, then sometimes one click will turn two or three on or off
