As others have said, it was difficult to put together. It was obvious where everything went, and no holes were drilled wrong; BUT the bold and quite short for the rung installation. They provide 2 washers to go with each bold, and there is very little room to attach the nut. I ended up pounding the offset washers flat with a hammer, which worked like a charm. I'm sure wasn't the best choice, but after they were flattened, I assembled the ladder in about 5 minutes.I've giving it 4 starts because it really is "fit for purpose and use." It fits our trampoline (Skywalker, 12-foot round) perfectly with the extenders on the further hole. It's very sturdy and the rungs are comfortable under foot. For the price, with is a winner.

Dies what it needs to do. Took a star off because the plastic was torn on both sides and I was afraid it would fall off. Two weeks later it’s still there.

I should have paid more attention to the reviews on this product. It came with ten bolts, three of one size, seven another, which was random. The seven bolts were way to short to put the washers on. Two heads broke off when we tightened them on. The powder coating looks good, and the gray color is nice. The instructions are microscopic. We messed around with ours for a while and eventually got the hooks the right angles to attach to the trampoline. At first they appeared to be super messed up, but we finally got them to work. The adjustable legs are good. An economical ladder, but you get what you pay for. Would have appreciated better instructions telling you how to get the hooks to work, and also reasonable bolts, there was no reason to include washers, if the bolts are too short to fit them on! I think this will be good long term, just a little disappointing upfront.

I really wanted this ladder to work for us. the material was sturdy and we were assembling it excitedly. we put it together according to directions and, when we tried to mount it on our circular trampoline, found that the hooks which were to hold it onto the trampoline were angled the wrong way - good if our trampoline was a hyperbola - or if we wanted the ladder to be mounted under the trampoline . Bummer.of course we figured it might be assembled wrong so we tried other configurations and tried to reassemble multiple times. the only way to make the hooks moung right is if we were willing to accept the stairs tilting away from someone walking up them and having the nuts face towards the user. i can see no other possibility except that the holes are drilled in the wrong direction.I ordered a replacement and it was also not configured correctly.we are bummed. the materials were strong and it would have been perfect for us. if they fix the angle that the holes in the legs are drilled i would gladly pay $25 for this item.I dont know what to say.....Im pretty sure i did everything right and the darn thing wouldnt mount to the tramp. correctlyoh and some of the nuts did not fit the bolts correctly.

Great product for the price. We were short a washer, but that's minor.

Be aware, this extends from 32" to 38" not from 38" to 45" as described. Other than that looks to be sturdy.

Assembly together was straightforward. It was perfect for I want need it.

Work great for kids, even me at 250 pound, the latter support by weight without a problem.
