Sending a faulty product without any warranty card with the box.
Being a prime member I have purchased and send this product to my parents. But Amazon sent this faulty product without any Warranty card in the box and this product is a completely faulty one. It's working intermittently. I have trusted on Amazon, but they never leave any moment to send faulty product. I need to think about my prime membership and should go back to traditional days for local shop shopping.
