Obviously it can be folded when it is empty and if the bag is filled up the bag can be detached from the frame and the frame can be folded.

Q: How to fit the trolley

Dear Sir/Mam PROCESS TO FIT THE WHEEL If there is black plastic cap on the ends of the rod please remove the cap first. Put the wheels on steel rod and push it slightly. When it sounds “click” that means the wheel is fit properly. You can check it by pulling the wheels outside. If it is not coming outside that means it is properly fit. PROCESS TO FIX THE BAG Unfold the frame and fix it in the straight position by entangle the hook in the centre. Pullover the bag over the frame and fix the black strip on the velcro overlapping the lower bar of the handle.

It can carry upto 10-15kg of weight.
