Genuine book, printing is not great.
It's official book. But printing quality is not great... It's impossible to read what's in pictures. It includes CD which is great for exam, also authenticate it is official book with it activation code.

obviously five star contant, but ISBN No is not working in ciscopress.com. kindly give advise to me to register this book. How i use activation code becouse ISBN is not working.

1. Paper quality so thin. Better to print your own documents. 2. Bar code is already scratched, seems they have sent usable item. 3. Outer cover having multiple scratches outline. Overall it's used item they have sent. Fully dpisappointed.

Seems thorough in it's coverage of the subject matter. Not always easy to read. Practice questions on the accompanying CD are the same as the chapter questions in the book. I hoped for different questions.
