One of the best quality memory foam pilliows available right now and equals or betters brands that cost thrice as much ... White willow customer service is top notch unlike some companies i have dealt with before...The CEO of the the company herself called up when I faced some issues with the thickness of the pillow (Mind you the quality is top notch ) I am using a Lucid pillow which costed me nearly thrice the price thanks to import duties as the white willow and I don't see much difference between these the two.....

I selected pillow size by the manufacturer recommendation and it was perfectly sized. The foam binder smell lasted for about 48 hours but was mild and with another pillow case on it was hardly bothersome. With my old cotton filled pillow I used to keep getting neck sprains and spasms but haven’t had any pain or spasm since using White Willow. It’s perfect even if you lie laterally, prone or supine. Its supple enough yet soft too and gives good support and doesn’t feel warm or stuffy at all. Personally I am thankful for the Refreshing sleep at night and painless necks the next day. I wish I had got it earlier. As a doctor and even otherwise I will definitely recommend it.

Used to have neck pains. So bought this pillow in fear of any real injuries to neck or spine. I'm pleased to state that the pillow is really good. It did not swell in first 5 days or so. But in a week's time it came to full size. As noted in other review, do note that this is a 5 inch thick pillow. May not be suitable for everyone. The size chart is useful to choose. Sad that some of the smaller sizes are not available on Amazon. The chemical smell is still there after a month of usage. But it is bearable and will eventually go away. A sheet with care instructions would be useful. Haven't washed the outer cover as yet. Overall a value for money product. Hope it lasts long.

The seller is faking features of the product. The website description says it's 5 inch in width, it's not even three I suppose. Refer to the image and you can see that I have put my index finger as a reference. I understand that the product is still packed and thus it seems deflated yet anyone can understand from normal physics how it is supposed to be.

The product delivered 1 day before time. Thanks to Amazon delivery for that.Though I have just received the product few days ago. This review is based on my first impression of the product.About the product :This is Standard size pillow with dimensions22' - 16' - 5'.Pros: The pillow gives a premium feel. It came air seal packed within polythene.Then this whole packaging is again packed in a green colored sack which was also of good quality and can be used for pillow storage purpose.Pillow has two covering1. Removable zipped cover which is too good and gives a smooth feeling.2. Inner cover which is again a cotton cover. So that you don't get the foam smell directly.The quality of memory foam is also good.And as it is memory foam with air cool technology. The foam restores to its original size quite efficiently.Now talking about the support - As of now I feel that the pillow is quite soft and you sink in 3'-3.5' when you place your head on it.How it effect my sleeping that still needs to be tested ?But on trying it for an hour I can say that I don't feel like I am having any sort of discomfort because of it.Cons:The dimensions which I mentioned above were what I was expecting but somehow pillow is alteast 1 inch smaller in length, width and thickness. Specially the thickness which doesn't look like it's 5 inch thick. For me it's more of 4' to 4.5' thick.The memory foam can be more firm to give better neck support, specially in case of shoulder-side sleeper.The overall quality I would say deserves appreciations. Specially, when I got this product in price of ₹598. Thanks to Amazon again for that. I bought two of these pillow.So, yeah I am satisfied with this product and will update the review if see any issues after one month of usage.

The pillow sinks as much weight is put on it and it fluffs back up really quick...in a second. So, it has a very soft cozy feel...I ordered it for myself but it isn't providing enough support to the neck. I'll rather have to go for special cervical pillow. We didn't return it bcz my husband loved it.

Support to neck and back is great.The foam of the pillow is very soft and cooling.It has reduced neck pain and increased sleep comfort!

I am writing this review after 4 months of using the pillow. Initially I thought it was too firm to be comfortable, but I used it anyway thinking it'll probably get better down the lane as pillows usually do. But after a point I just could not use it.If you are looking for a firm memory foam pillow then you can consider this. But I have used a lot of memory foam pillows and this one is by far the least comfortable. Even though this is more of a personal opinion. Still I think this might help someone who is thinking that it's going to be just like any other memory foam pillow, I must warn you it is not, it's too thick and firm to be comfortable.
