Teeths are not properly meshing with spriel screw(plastic) at the end Please replace the arm.Now it is useless to me.try to correct the gear mechanism. Thank you Er Thomas.

Very useful for senior citizens who have a small home garden and need to pick and take garden produce.

The cups don’t close completely in spite of tightly, closing the handle, and the cup is torn and defective

The grabber is well made, and it picks up even small pieces of plastic wrapping without trouble. BUT - and this is a BIG but - it needs far too much effort to keep the jaws closed This means it's fine if all you want to do is pick something up once in a while. If you intend to collect trash over a larger area, e.g. where you will be working for ten minutes or more, your hand and forearm will begin to hurt. The property where we stay has accumulated a lot of plastic waste over the years (blown in from the road, thrown over the wall, etc.), and I was hoping this would make it easier to clean up. Sadly, it's not really suitable for this purpose. Unless you have forearms like Arnold.

Product is useful and has quality

I am glad that I purchased the Pick Up Tool as it helps me a lot to pick up dropped items at home, specially specially for elderly who are unable to bend now to pick up things that generally slip from a shaking hand. Since I am unable to bend down due to spine injury, it is a very handy tool to have at home. It can pick up big items as well as small without any problem. A good grip and light in weight. Very easy to handle. The design is sleek and looks more like a walking stick. And the best part is, it is made in India. Thank you

Designed for flat objects, it cannot provide much grip to lift a round object. Eye-catching design and finishing, but not the one I thought of. The catching arms are loosely hinged. Very much disappointed with the procurement.
