It doesn't catch everything that my little demon kicks out, but it does a darned good job of catching the bulk of it. I suppose if it were twice the size, it could grab everything within her kicking range. The size is nice enough though and it cleans up so easily. We just fold it in half a bit and tip it into a trash bag; shaking it a bit. If it gets really dirty, I'm sure it would hose down nicely outside if necessary. Overall, I'm not disappointed with the purchase. No regrets. I may buy another just to have more coverage, but for now the vacuum works well enough to pick up the remaining litter.

The mat is great. I only wish it was larger (I ordered an extra-large). It catches most of the litter when my cat first steps out of box and it is easy to clean. However, the cat still gets litter past this mat. I'll have to watch him to see if he scatters it while he's in the actual box or if it's on his paws.

I don't suppose there actually is a perfect solution but this comes close. The size is right and the texture is not annoying. I don't have to vacuum as often as I can shake the overflow sand back into the box.

works better than my previous litter mat...but litter still gets all over. the rough surface definitely contains the litter better than other mats though. my kitties just don't wipe their feet well and track whatever is stuck in their toes around the house still.

Great purchase. Keeping my cats litter from spreading around the house. Only one issue I have with it is that some of the litter gets stuck inside and I have a tough time getting it out. Product still deserves 4 stars and I'm stillVery happy with my purchase.

This product is made well and manages to catch all the letter that can stick to my cats paws. I have this little throw rug outside his litter box so when he steps out he has to take a few steps on this.I've been using this for several months and have noticed that I have a lot less kitty litter going through my house on my furniture and in my backyard.The quality is well-made and I love that it is larger than most matts you will find.Please let me know if you found my review to be helpful

For the most part it does what it says it does....catch kitty litter. However, and I don't know if this is because I have a bengal cat, the mat is not 100 % effective.....more like 75%. It's possible that my cat's long legs were just meant to kick kitty litter beyond what normal mats can catch.
