The stamp arrived intact with all the components as described.Pros: self Inking, can be used to create a sentence or address, works without any hitch, easy to set upCons: the letters/numbers are quite small and take a while to fix on plate,The product is made of plastic yet is pretty sturdy. The letters although tiny but are as described in the product and once fixed is easy to use. I received a blue ink pad whereas I was expecting a black one as mentioned in the product description. Aside from that, it's worth investing in if you are looking for a stamping alternative to create your own sentences or the basics using alphanumeric.
