Bottom plate doesn’t stick out too far
Modern springform pans seem to have huge bottom plates that stick out enough that they don’t fit in my cupboard….I’ve used Kaiser springform pans since the early 70’s…still my favorite for long term wear and continuous performance. The new anti-stick finish seems to perform well, but I suspect I’ll need to treat it carefully.

Cheaply Made
The item arrived on time with no issues. Unfortunately the product was not as described. We have a Kaiser springform pan purchased several years ago. The new springform pan is cheaply made, coming in at half the weight of the original. In addition the bottom of the pan came with many dents. So much for the much touted ‘German made quality’. These dents are the result of the thinness of the metal used in these pans. One can imagine how this pan will wear after years of use. Really bad!
