We use it very often, in schools and is is a very nice product to work with.Already we bought more of them.Recently one part broke, because of wind blewing it over.The part could not be fixed anymore and after explaining to customer care imediately a replacement was deliverd.Five stars for the product and five stars for the very fast service.Thank you IndoSurgicals!!

Delicate moving arm which broke in a week
Product is very useful and simple to use..unfortunately my kids broke the moving part which is very delicate and the product is useless now unless the seller can provide a spare....please let me know if it’s available anywhere to buy
