Best Garmin computer mount I have found.
I really dont like items that mount to handlebars so I decided to try this and I liked it so much I bought one for all my bikes so I can just move my computer around to what ever bike I am riding that day. This is a good sturdy mount and best of all it is at least 50% of the name brand mounts that are not as good.

Great value and sturdy
works great and isn’t cheap plastic. I’ved this for well over 1000 miles and had no issues. Its sturdy and worth the price. Great value!

Great Out Front Mount
This out front mount is great! Easy to install. Really solid mount, and it looks sleek. The retention on the Garmin is really good, and I like the option to mount a light or GoPro on the bottom. You can't adjust the angle of the Garmin, but this hasn't been a problem for me.

Garmin 1030 fits fine. Garmin 1050 Does not Fit.
This has worked great with my Garmin 1030+ bike computer. However, I just upgraded to a Garmin 1050 which is just a little bit longer than the 1030+ and I can't mount it any longer because as it is locked in, the bottom of the Garmin hits the handlebars and cannot be installed. If the small posts were a bit longer, then it might work, but they are just a little bit too short.

Looks good, but have issues
After the half year of using, i got some problem...It's looks like solid, metal part are good. But plastic part with hold the Garmin's leg is really bad...I was on da road. Speed was around 20 mph, downhill. But suddenly the well-paved road ended and the old began. So my front wheel drop in 4" crack/hole.From a blow, the angle of my handle bar went down (a couple of degrees) and the whole shock went to the Garmin's mount. My computer flew out like a bullet. Half of the mount has broken. Garmin himself suffered only from a fall, the leg remained intact.I had similar situations when there was an original mount. But never before has it broken. The reason is poor-quality plastic.

Supports screws 40mm apart without any issue. Description is not accurate!
The description is NOT accurate for this mount. In the description it indicates that it ONLY supports screws that are 32mm or less in width. There is a very clear diagram and it is labeled 31.8mm or less. Mine are 40mm and it worked. This is important because I tried several of these different mounts and could not find any that supported screws that were 40mm wide. The mount is excellent. Sturdy, light and just met and exceeded my expectations. The only negative and it is very minor is that I would have preferred black screws instead of silver. But pretty much all the different brands of these mounts use silver screws. Which makes little sense.

Works great, holds my garmin and gopro camera with carbon road handlebar
I've just had this installed a few weeks before my epic multi-day bike ride across the Rocky mountains, and at first I was worried that I would have trouble with carbon handlebars as you can't put too much torque on the stem bolts. But after a few rides, and especially after my epic ride, I've confirmed it held on without any issues. As you can see in the picture, I have attached both my garmin and go pro camera, as well as handlebar bag underneath which is everything I needed for my epic ride.My preferred configuration is using the top stem bolts to have it as high as possible, so I can have room to connect a battery pack to my garmin should it needed charging. It may not look as elegant as something flat and low, but this works for my situation as I need to install a handlebar bag underneath. The fit on the garmin is smooth and snug, and it also held on to my camera without any issues as well. As you can see, my stem bolts location are very narrow, so the adjustable space works well with what I have and they held on to the bars without any slippage (with the correct torque for carbon bars).Overall, I am used to how this looks now and will keep it on forever. Since its made of metal I don't expect it to get weaker as time goes by.
