I got 12 different emoji pieces and it's look very cute and a perfect item for gifts. I give 4.0 only because one of the piece got no strap in it, otherwise it is perfect for me. If you want to impress a girl ,then surely this is the right product.

Everything is good only i feel they are distorted into oval than circular so i guess they should specify oval chains in product specifications than circular also can cost a little less according to quality

Damaged and missing product (with 2 other orders)
I was expecting 12 key chains where I have got 9 and out of which one was defective. I have noticed that the quality and product missing or defectiveness of products are constantly increasing in Amazon if compared to any other leading competitors. Amazon need to work upon customer satisfaction? product maintaining and keeping quality. Damaged and missing product (Have ordered 3 other products as well 2 out of them had are also defective and 1 was outstanding)
