I'm a 43" bust and the Large worked for me. The XL was a little too baggy so I returned it (I have non-existent shoulders). The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is the material. Yes, it's silky and not shiny, but it is definitely cheap polyester. I'm still loving it, but wish they added a little something else (rayon/spandex) to tone down that polyester feel.
