It should state that the name is cutout...only select color of item.
I selected BLACK SKATE and white writing...I received a WHITE skate with cutout letters FOR MY GRANDSON'S BIRTHDAY...I am not HAPPY. STATE WHAT YOU MEAN AND PROCESS WHAT THE ORDER STATES!!!!NOT HAPPY
