Great unit, extremely comfortable to add to any seat (I use it at work), material feels very lasting and its easy to adjust for any setting.

Oh yeh, ooooh yeh. Once I discovered the shiatsu style massagers, I am never going back to vibration style. You want something that feels like someone is actually massaging you? go with shiatsu. Need deep pressure? go with shiatsu. Just need to feel like you are experiencing human touch? shiatsu. I have the long shoulder & neck style, and the small kidney shaped style (lower back, neck, leg). Both, all are great. I am in love with those. Then recently I saw shiatsu chairs and chair pads come up as an Amazon suggestion, and since my back was hurting a lot, I was sniffing around purchasing one. Not wanting to spend $100+ at this time, I determined what it is that I actually need. I have shiatsu massagers that are comfortable and easy to use on my neck. But not any that are comfortable and easy to use on my back. I mean, not bad, but I have been really wanting one with the back in mind. The others work, but it only covers limited area. So I figured I could bypass the chair & chair mats (for now), and maybe get something in between- a larger massager for the back. How did I decide on this one? I looked at the amount of massaging balls. I saw a cheaper but nearly equally sized back massager. It touted how much bigger it is than the kidney shaped one. But it is the same massager just in a larger holder. So I would not be getting any more area covered. It would maybe just be easier and more comfortable to sit against- maybe will get one like that at another time. Glad I saw that. So when I saw this, it seemed to hit all that I was looking for: 1. multi nub shiatsu balls to cover more area, up and down the back 2. heat (optional) 3. auto reverse (trust that this is a must have option. It adds extra sensation by switching up after awhile). This is not the same auto reverse as I experience on my others where it is same motion, then changes direction and has same motion. This is more of a changing up of direction to get a different massage. Depending on your needs, you may like this or want to look elsewhere. 4. different massages, intensities 5. CORDLESS. Some I dont mind corded, but I really wanted this particular style to be cordless. So take it anywhere, use anywhere. Just be sure to charge it up. Another nice thing? The adapter has a light on it. When it is red, it is still charging, when it turns green, it is ready to go. There is an optional flap (folds back out of the way, or zippers off) to add a level of padding if regular shiatsu is too much. The material is nice, has a good look. Not cheap looking or feeling. Pressure is divine. I can move this up the back (or lower) it depending on what I want it to hit. Feels comfortable to lean against. I lean back for even deeper pressure. Feels so good. Mmmmm Comes in a basic box with brand printed on it and handle. I would give this as a gift no problem. Also has charger and a set of instructions. $84 was definitely my upper limit, but the $20 coupon helped me make a final decision.

I bought this product to get some relief in my backache problem. I'm very happy with its performance so far. It has so many positive points. First off, you get options to change the heat setting to ON or OFF as per your requirement. You can also change the rotation direction to clockwise or anticlockwise. You can increase or decrease the speed of massaging nodes. It has rechargeable batteries which gives freedom to use it anywhere you want. You don't need to sit near the plugin point. It's light weight and has handle on top that makes it really portable. So far I have used it for my back and legs and I'm happy with the results. One suggestion I would like to make and that's why the four stars, is that company can improve the deep tissue massage properties a bit more. It's a very good massager but can be great if only the massage nodes can deliver even deeper massage. That will make it unbeatable. But overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and if you are looking for something wireless, portable and easy to use then I definitely suggest this back massager. I tested it first to see how well it worked for back pain (pulled something in my lower back at work the day before) and put this on for about 30 mins and it relieved so much tension and pain. I plan on purchasing one for myself in the near future. NOTE: It has a 15 min timer then automatically shuts off so it's safe to use and overall a great product. Definitely 5 stars

Comfortable lumbar back support - love the heating element and the gentle vibrations. Feels like memory foam interior with soft brushed microfiber feel exterior. Keep in mind this needs to be plugged in for the vibration and heat usage functions.

Lasted exactly 2 months before quitting. This was the second try, the first one died quick enough to get a replacement. Do not waste our money, too expensive to use just as a booster because the mechanics do not last.

Pros: This was well made, great quality, very nice looking! I liked how it didn't have the butt massager. I had one that had that and it poked into my legs and was uncomfortable when not in use, so I liked how this one didn't have that part. It has heat, a handle to carry it, and I like how it can charge for up to 70min. My other one didn't charge and the cord would get tangled in chair or I'd trip over the cord. Cons: It doesn't have a strap to keep it on chair so it'd slip everything I'd get up and I'd almost fall out of chair when I sat back down. I work checkout with a window that is to stay closed when no patients in front of me, so I get up down up down constantly to open and close window, imagine how annoying that becomes when the massager slips everything I get up and down, aaarrrgghh! Another con was the massager just didn't have the pressure I need or wanted. It's great if you want a soft rub, but if you want a little pressure to actually work the muscles this isn't the chair for you. I ended up returning it, it really is a nice massager just didn't work for ME.

Very good product! It really helps with lumber support for office or any chair. Has good options with multiple speeds and settings. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for some good back support and massage.

Es un cojín lumbar en el que destaco: 👍🏻 Los materiales con los que está hecho, tanto el relleno viscoelástico, generoso, como la funda con aspecto y tacto aterciopelado. Realmente se siente muy cómodo en la zona lumbar y es agradable al tacto 👍🏻 Ergonómicamente me parece notable, sujeta bien la zona lumbar y es perfecto para sillas de oficina / gaming 👍🏻 La función de calor se agradece y es fácilmente regulable 👍🏻 La función de masaje me parece un añadido más, pero no esperes masaje como tal, más bien ligera vibración, relajante sí pero sin pretensiones 👍🏻 Particulamente lo he usado en una silla de SecretLab negra y encaja perfectamente tanto visualmente como por medidas, complemento perfecto 📍En resumen, muy buena calidad, ideal para sillas de oficina / gaming con un precio más que adecuado para la traer también función calor (recomendable) como de masaje.
