Not what I was hoping for. Too many regular (un-grilled) sandwiches.

Love this, there's sooo much you can do and make with it. ITS GREAT!! Easy to use and everything turns out yummy!!!!

I have used this book for years. Every Friday night is panini night at our house. Despite what another reviewer said, all the panini in this book are grilled. Every. single. one.

A nice little quick reference book for ideas. Yes, there are some recipes that you definitely have to take a trip to the Supermarket for; but when the family are just popping in I get in a load of different fillings and they have such fun selecting and cooking their own on my Panini Maker. Quick and simple as well as cheap for a Pensioner like me. Am really glad I purchased this book.
