This PC offers fast performance, ready-to-go set up, and runs smoothly. It handle my gaming, digital photography, and writing needs well with ease. It offers decent RAM and Hard Drive space at an affordable price. Would definitely purchase this item again.Minor Downsides:•It runs loud and hot•Acer still uses a thin prong (rather than the thicker ones on most other PCs) on the computer cord that attaches to the PC. My last Acer had connectivity problems due to that issue. Am hoping they fixed that issue with this model.

Good battery life but does not last very long when playing AAA titles. Does get hot but not overheating, regulated with a cooling pad so i have no problem with that. ultra performance and plays some demanding games with ease, happy with the spec and also the speedy delivery! packaged safely!

So, for the past 6 years, I have been playing The Sims 4 on a literal potato. Desperate for something to do during lock down, I bought the cheapest laptop that met the minimum required specs for the game. Now, in 2026 and several mods and expansion packs later, everything was on an external drive, on the lowest of settings, and taking 10 minutes per loading screen/freezing for two minutes if I had more than 2 actions queued up . It was no way to live life.I finally convinced myself to buy a new laptop so I could actually enjoy the game again. My budget was under $1000, which this just barely met, but I have zero regrets.Pros- Easy setup- Upgradable- Fast (10 second loading screens and zero lag in Sim activities and queued actions)- graphics set to ultra and looks gorgeous (at least as gorgeous as it can make a 12 year old game look)- Handled all expansion packs/game packs/stuff packs/multiple kits/75gb of mods like it’s nothing but a word document.Cons- Kind of loud fan. Not like, “I can’t hear anything over it” loud, but definitely noticeable.- Can get pretty warm pretty quickly. I highly recommend a laptop cooling fan. It definitely helped, and quieted down the fan noise mentioned above.- So enjoyable that I ended up playing for two days straight and got NOTHING ELSE done.

i love this. bought this to replace my 5 yr old alienware gaming laptop which is a beast but so so heavy. this is such a light weight unit. i can take it to my bed and its oh so comfy to read with, game light games on (only in bed for ease) i do use this on my desk to game beefier ones with no lag or stuttering. fans do seem to ramp up but that is due to individual gaming needs. i do use a fan laptop holder underneath to add extra heat protection.my only nitpick is that the screen is small. i dont like some of the keyboard layout, for example home doesnt work often, they have weird obscure fn keys and for the love of god how do i turn off the notice that i have autolock on that appears across my screen everytime i use capslock? it does come with bloatware. NITRO is just pure data mining slop.other than that i do love the ease of use, lightwt, good for gaming AAA titles . i use a trackless wired mouse with it

Has worked well for me but it has overheated a couple times. Definitely is just a result of it being a laptop but I never got an alert before it shut down

My last Acer which I got in 2016 was still holding up for the most part but Win 10 support was ending, keyboard started to not work on certain letters and the processor/graphic card couldn’t run anything smoothly anymore so upgrading to the Acer Nitro V was a no brainer for the price (799). I like Acer. They make some great laptops. Recommend this model if you’re a casual gamer and you want a good graphics card for video editing also. What surprised me the most on the Nitro V was the screen brightness which is quite good and the audio can get loud too with headphones which is a plus for music lovers. The fan does get very loud but it can be controlled through the Nitro app, changing to balanced or quiet for browsing and performance for games.

Bought a different laptop from a third party seller not this company. When I got that laptop it was damaged and not even the right one. Which they still haven’t refunded my money yet but I digress. I spent the extra money on this one and I am glad I did. So far it has been great for my streaming with no issues so far. So the best advice I can give anyone is definitely do your research on the company you are considering especially if it’s a third party seller.

Fast speed, light weight. Good for a start up gamer. Decent battery life.

One of the most value for money purchase I had in a while. Highest end spec across all models at this price point. Still going strong after few months. Good buy 😃

Overpriced, bad cooling... Besides that everything works properly. Battery seems to drain a bit too fast even when not gaming.
