Ayuda con la pérdida de peso pero con dieta y ejercicio
Hola decidí comprar estas pastillas más para que me ayudara a regular mi ida al baño y fue lo que yo esperaba me a ayudado mucho ya que sufro de estreñimiento pero también sentía que me calmo mi ansiedad de comer mucho pero también les tengo que decir que llevo una dieta y hago ejercicio todos los días pero me a ayudado mucho por que e perdido 16 libras en este mes y medio

I choose capsules over the powder!
I use these about 4 or 5 times a week. I drink them twice a day on the days that I choose to drink them. I notice a difference when I don’t take for a few days in a row, bloated, so I try to avoid that. Good price for a good product. I prefer the capsules over the powder, I don’t like the taste of the powdered version, so I tend to stick with these. I would recommend them and I’ll continue purchasing these. Shipping was fast!
