For ubuntu or other OS user disclaimer. First update your eeprom through rasbian OS and boot from nvme after it(and don't try to edit the eeprom in ubuntu as it can cause nvme ssd to unable to detect as it will update bootloader version for eeprom) i spent 1 day and figure out this issue once i received my second base from amazon.
