Not what I was hoping for, they can't handle the power at all.
Just installed these tonight to replace some CT sounds 8in Midrange speakers in my 3 way setup. Needless to say these things can't handle the power at all. Got them cause I'm running the Monolith line of Harmony Audio subwoofers. While the subwoofers are really decent I can not say the same about the 8's midbass. I think I'm gonna return these and get my money back and go with a better quality brand. Maybe DS18 or something else. Edit 8/14/25: After checking my connection and my gain settings on my amplifiers I was able to get these to play nice and loud without them continuing to bottom out and sound distorted. These things once you get the gains settings on them right do come alive. I had to adjust my initial review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Wish they could take a little more power but they aren't bad at all for the price.

Can you put a price on happiness? Apparently 50 bucks is all you need.
It took me four tries to find these 3.5's but it was so worth it. They sound natural and clean without being harsh or fatiguing. They blend in nicely with the 6.5 CDT's I have in my front doors. I'm all about the sq and with some tuning and an amp, music is all around me. I was able to shoehorn them in the front dash of my Sonata with a bit of fabricating. Not too hard. I wish I had tried these from the jump. IMO these little guys don't get enough love. From the silk dome to the big magnet to the carbon cone and nice frequency response and sensetivity. Plus they feel solid and made to last.

SOUNDS SUBPAR !
The 30$ speakers my car had in it sounded 2x as good as these harmony brand.. not only were they .5in smaller but they're also 100watts less maximum too yet they have much punchier bass.. I wasted my time buying and installing these.. I highly suggest purchasing another brand...

Amazing sound
I have 2 sets if these. Was powering them on the harmony 800watt 4 channel. They are loud and clear even at half tilt on my rca knob. Qent down to 1 set in my civic and still was able to hear it clearly over the bass. Will buy again and recommend them even for home audio set up

Ok sound
The speakers have an ok sound. Not as loud or with as much base when compared to other brands of equal production ratings. If you are looking for an affordable replacement, this are the ones to buy.
