Is this light enough to not affect play on a audio-technica at-lp60xbt?

Well that defeats the purpose- if you're looking for light enough to not affect play why do you want a stabilizer? The weight helps to dampen vibration, reduce any speed fluctuation, and flatten record warping. Needs some heft to do that. But no it doesn't degrade playback quality.

It fits 10-12 inch records 7 inch uses adapter so it might not fit for those

Does this prevent skipping?

Not completely, but it helps with minor imperfections in records
