This us a normally open switch. When you push it in it turns on. When released it turns off.

Q: Is this single pole or double pole?

The "- SPST" in the product desciption stands for Single Pole Single Throw. It is a Momentary Contact Switch which means it's on on when you hold the button down. This switch turned out to be a piece of junk. Fell apart after only a few cycles.

Q: do you have a rubber boot for this switch?

No - I do not and it doesn’t come with one.

Q: Is this a no or a nc switch. Have a vehicle lift i need a switch for.
